The social media policy for the association does not allow for the association to have any official social media channels or for Board Members to be active in unofficial Knollcreek social media channels. However, there are Knollcreek groups run by residents that you can request to join.
You can get a pool card by contacting RealManage. You must be in good standing with association dues to use the pool. Those who are behind in payments may be suspended from accessing the pool.
The pool can be reserved for parties during the open pool season. Submit your request to RealManage for it to start the approval process. All regular amenities are included in the reservation, but residents will be required to bring their own coolers or other food storage containers and all guests are expected to follow the pool rules while in attendance.
The pool opens on May 1st and closes on October 31st.
Hours of Operation:
Monday: 2-10pm (closed in the morning for cleaning)
Tuesday – Sunday: 5am – 10pm
The pool does have surveillance cameras that are active 24×7 to ensure that usage outside of posted hours can be reported to the authorities. Under age individuals are not allowed without adult supervision (See Current year Pool Rules)
The ACC is an association committee that reviews and approves/denies external change requests to homes and property. The ACC document can be found in the Resident Portal by navigating the following path: Community Information → Documents → Legal → General → Architectural Guideline Document.
Please call 911 if you notice that someone is in urgent need of medical or police assistance. If it is not an urgent matter but the police are still needed, then you can call the San Antonio Police Department non-emergency line at 210-207-7273. If you notice an issue that needs to be addressed by our community management company (RealManage) or needs to be brought to the attention of the Board, then please submit those requests to RealManage at 866-4-RealService or email@example.com.

HOA fees fund operations related to association management, general maintenance for the association grounds/amenities, and improvement projects, and community-building activities.
HOA fees are due by the end of January, April, July, and October. You can pay your association dues in a few ways:
- You can login to the resident portal and pay your fees through the site.
- You can write a check to our association management firm, RealManage, using the details provided on the mailed invoice.
